i'm doing computer things
i'm doing some dns changes and wiggling the server this website is running on, which may cause lack of availability between around 21:00 UTC on 2024-04-15 (today) and 00:00 UTC on 2024-04-16 (tomorrow).
more specifically, there may be failures in dns resolution during roughly three hours after the publication of this post. dns ttl has been updated to five minutes for the duration of the changes i'm making. the server hosting the website might additionally be unavailable for a some minutes.
anyway if i was smart i would have announced this earlier instead of immediately before i'm going to do it, but,
